Insanity Continues: Parents Warned About Summer Camps That Put ‘Gender Ideology Ahead’ of Kids’ Safety

The Conservative group American Parents Coalition has issued a warning about YMCA summer camps that put “gender ideology ahead” of kids’ safety.

“The @ymca allows boys in girls’ cabins, locker rooms, and teams based on gender identity, not biology. Parents often aren’t told,” a post on Wednesday on X read from the group’s “The Lookout: YMCA Transgender Policies-American Parents Coalition” report.

The group said it has learned that when it comes to implementing so-called “Safe Spaces” for LGBTQ+ campers that, “Many local YMCAs have adopted radical gender identity policies, allowing individuals to access locker rooms, bathrooms, overnight housing, and sports teams based on self-declared gender identity, not biological sex. What’s worse, is some of these branches are under no obligation to inform parents …”
